What is the CWSU Girl Advisory Board?
The CWSU Girl Advisory Board is a group of registered Girl Scouts in grades eight through 12 (as of the 2018-2019 school year) who are interested in working with the CWSU Leadership Team and Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania to shape the direction of Girl Scouts within our area and potentially council-wide.
What do the members of the CWSU Girl Advisory Board do?
The members of the CWSU Girl Advisory Board meet monthly. During the meetings the girls work with the CWSU to develop and implement girl and volunteer programming and speak into GSWPA and CWSU policies and procedures. The CWSU Girl Advisory Board members also have the opportunity to build friendships amongst themselves and mentoring relationships with the CWSU Leadership team.

- Have a desire to help shape the direction of Girl Scouts in central Westmoreland county.
