CWSU Leaders: Learn More About & Apply for the 2018-2019 Programming & Activities GrantThroughout the 2018-2019 Girl Scout year, the Central Westmoreland Service Unit is offering a one-time programming and activities grant to each troop registered under the Central Westmoreland Service Unit in the amount of $10.00 per girl. The awarded money must be used for the girls within the troop to participate in a troop, service unit, or council-sponsored program or a program sponsored by an outside organization held between November 1, 2018 and August 15, 2019. Additionally, the program or activity must support and/or relate to one of the keys of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE). Click here to learn more!
Who Should Attend Our Monthly Service Unit Meetings?Each month our Service Unit leaders and volunteers gather for fellowship, training, and programming planning. All GSWPA approved volunteers and leaders in the Greensburg-Salem, Hempfield, and Jeannette school districts are invited to our meetings.
We also invite volunteers and leaders from outside our service area as well as community leaders to join us at our meetings. We always welcome opportunities for fellowship and partnerships. |
